  • We offer delivery services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

  • Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on location and order times.

  • On-Delivery Verification: As mandated by law, our couriers will strictly require an adult (21+) to sign for the package and show validation ID if requested.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

  • Disposable Vapes: Due to hygiene and the nature of disposable devices, disposable vapes are covered by a checking warranty only at the exact time of delivery. Customers are requested to test disposable devices in front of the courier rider.

  • E-liquids & Pods: Open or unsealed e-liquids, coils, and pods cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.

  • Hardware / Vape Kits: Defective hardware or kits must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with their original packaging and invoice intact.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on Vapzone.ae, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability
