We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details. Once approved, you can return the item to our store. Please note that opened e-liquids, pods, coils, disposable vapes, and other consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and other Emirates. Delivery charges and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Free delivery is available for qualifying orders according to our delivery policy.
Orders within Dubai are typically delivered on the same day when placed during delivery hours. Orders to Abu Dhabi and other Emirates are usually delivered within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak periods.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or warranty claim if applicable.
Selected vape devices are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage does not apply to consumable items such as e-liquids, coils, pods, batteries, chargers, or damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or normal wear and tear.
